We do not provide unique address in any of our locations. We only offer one business address which is being used or registered by multiple businesses.

To verify your business with Google, our virtual members typically follow this process:
  1. Visit Empowered 4x office or partner location in person with business nameplate or banner.
  2. Take a video and pictures of your business name displayed in the office space.
  3. Submit these visuals to Google Business for verification.
Please note: Occasionally, specific criteria might prevent verification. In such cases, you will need to contact Google Business directly for further assistance.

Yes, the address can be google verified. Please keep in mind that only Empowered 4x approved companies can do the Google verification. During the registration process, please select ‘yes’ for Google verification and one of our team members will contact you for a quick assessment, once approved the process will be explained to you. 

Our team can receive and acknowledge delivery of legal, government, and official correspondence on your behalf at our staffed commercial location. You will be notified promptly when such mail is received, so you can take appropriate action without delay.

All services are governed by our Virtual Office Membership Terms and Conditions, which outline our mail handling procedures. While we do not sign external service agreements prepared by clients, our internal terms are designed to ensure reliable and compliant mail handling.

After you pay for your plan, you’ll receive a welcome email with your mailing address and setup instructions. If you sign up Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm, this email will typically arrive within 2–3 hours. If you sign up outside business hours, please allow until the next business cycle for processing. Once your setup is complete, your mailing address will be ready to use by the next business day.

Once mail or packages are received for you, we will send you an email notification with a screenshot of what we’ve received and you will reply back letting us know if you want to pick up, scan, shred or forward.

We do not store mail or boxes in any of our premisses. We offer a mail storage service for our Virtual Members, where members can pick up, request scan copy & shred their mail or mail forwarding (extra cost). If the receiving party (Virtual Office Member) fails to communicate to the Empowered 4x team on how they want their mail to be handled within 10 days of the initial mail notification, there will be a charge of $2 within your monthly billing cycle for each mail. You will be billed separately on a monthly basis until mail is picked up and fees are paid.

If you receive mail/packages from a courier other than Canada Post, please inform the office prior, so we can look out for it and collect it on your behalf. 

Yes, you can receive unlimited mail.

Mail forwarding is not included in the base $35/month plan and is available as an add-on service upon request. Mail forwarding is priced at $25 per shipment, plus applicable postage, tracking fees, and tax.

Mail pickup, mail opening, scanning, and secure shredding are included in your monthly membership at no additional cost.

Yes, we accept standard mail and small packages on your behalf. However, we do not accept large boxes, bulk shipments, or oversized deliveries. Packages must be reasonably sized and manageable for secure storage.

Items delivered in envelopes, satchels, or small parcel bags are acceptable. Large cartons, moving boxes, or bulk deliveries may be refused and returned to the sender.
